Our Plans:

Hourly / On–Demand Web Maintenance 
(No monthly web maintenance plans)

Are you in need of immediate web site support but don’t require a monthly website support plan? We offer our clients on-demand services for minor edits and changes. Our rate is $125/hour and we provide you with an estimate of time and expenses before any web design,  web updates or web upgrades begin.  We have a three hour minimum on projects to ensure we have enough time allocated for competition, we bill on the half hour ensuring your time and web maintenance budget is used effectively.

Pre-Paid Web Maintenance Plans

You select the amount of hours you want covered by your agreement, either 3, 5, or 10, and pay the hourly rate for that block times the amount of hours. That amount is paid in advance and any work done to your site is deducted from that amount. When your balance reaches $100, Alliance Interactive will notify you that your agreement balance is low and give you the opportunity to renew your agreement. When you renew your Website Maintenance Agreement, you can select a different block of hours and pay the respective rate.

Monthly Web Maintenance Plans
(3 months prepaid then invoiced monthly, annual contract)

Bronze Connect
Up to three support hours a month for $275/month.
72 hour turnaround for urgent edits, Additional work at $105/hour

Silver Pro Business
Up to five hours a month for $375/month
48 hour turnaround for urgent edits, Additional work at $95/hour

Gold Enterprise Connect
Up to eight  hours a month for $599/month
24 hour turnaround for urgent edits, Additional work at $85/hour

All Web Site Maintenance plans include:
- Full Testing after every edit and update
- Full Backup copy of your website
- Monthly, detailed invoicing and reporting
- Communication by phone or e-mail, 5 days a week.

- Ecommerce Product changes and additions
- Updates to online calendar or events
- Add  or edit breaking news or upcoming events
- Add or edit photos, graphics, graphs and charts

What is included in the Website Maintenance Plans?;
1. Picture Updates – adding, editing and sizing of any pictures adding to the existing website which does not fall under the scope of the layout or actual design of existing website.
2. Text Updates – adding, editing and/or removing any text or copy on the existing site including any articles, reports, contact information and product or service description.
3. Script Installation – adding, editing, removing and installing any scripts, programs or software to the existing website can be done under the scope of this contract provided it does not change the overall design or look of the site more than 30%. If this will change the existing website more than 30% then it would fall under the scope of a New or Redesign Contract.
4. Complete Monthly Backups – each month your existing website will be backed up and saved to our local server.
