EggBank is a leader in advanced techniques for frozen donor eggs and helps match donor eggs with patients pursuing IVF fertility treatments. EggBank wanted a website to help educate clients and showcase their diverse selection of highly-screened and vetted egg donors.
Genetic testing and pre-selecting qualified embryo donors is not only logistically challenging, but also highly complicated to explain without good medical marketing. The Eggbank team had relied on a static healthcare marketing website for many years that was hampering their ability to make even simple content changes. Our research also indicated that the majority of their donors and recipients were also using mobile phones exclusively. That meant the mobile / responsive website experience had to look great and function on any device, while improving the conversion rates on the website.
Using website personas and analytics from the old site, Alliance worked closely with the Eggbank team to create a user experience UX strategy that would help shuttle visitors to landing pages more efficiently and effectively. We also implemented a CMS that allows administrators to quickly make updates and edits to all aspects of the website.
The new website design for EggBank provides visitors with a clear definition of their IVF donor matching capabilities and helps drive additional leads in this highly competitive industry.
