Alliance Interactive was approached to not only build a sophisticated member site, but also to implement digital marketing tools and conversion-based techniques to drive traffic and generate more interest in memberships and multi-use event spaces.
Our strategists and creative team worked with The Arts Club of Washington to develop creative direction, branding, and user flows.
Our designers worked with The Arts Club to create detailed wireframes to help showcase how we could convert more visitors with great calls-to-action and interactive tools. We proposed a photographically-driven site focused on members and art to market their private event facilities.
ACW needed a brand and online platform that would showcase its rich history, as well as its robust opportunities for celebrating the arts. Our team understood the history and defining aspects of the ACW brand and translated them into an updated look and feel. Alliance delivered a new logo, brand guidelines, and a custom marketing website.
To bring the web experience in line with the member experience, the Alliance team started with information architecture, creating new wireframes for more intuitive navigation and layout areas. The wireframes allowed the project partners to quickly visualize, test, and evaluate improvements.
