The Challenge
The Solar Training Network hired Alliance to design and build an online solar career platform designed to match job candidates with training and career opportunities in the rapidly growing solar workforce. The Solar Training Network needed a platform to effectively serve as its primary source to generate leads and maintain a comprehensive recruitment database.
The Solution
Our approach was to create an integrated and responsive custom web design on a WordPress CMS. We augmented Solar Training Network’s functionality by creating a job seeker-to-employer connection platform through a robust, members-only portal.
