As a Washington, D.C.-based digital agency specializing in healthcare web design and development, Eggbank engaged Alliance to modernize and redesign their digital presence. They needed a website to help educate clients and showcase their diverse selection of highly-screened and vetted egg donors.
Genetic testing and pre-selecting qualified embryo donors is not only logistically challenging, but also highly complicated to explain without good medical marketing. The Eggbank team had relied on a static healthcare marketing website for many years that was hampering their ability to make even simple content changes. Our research also indicated that the majority of their donors and recipients were using mobile phones exclusively. That meant the mobile / responsive website experience had to look great and function on any device, while improving the conversion rates on the website.
Using website personas and analytics from the old site, Alliance worked closely with the Eggbank team to create a user experience UX strategy that would help shuttle visitors to landing pages more efficiently and effectively. We also implemented a CMS that allows administrators to quickly make updates and edits to all aspects of the website.
Alliance created an updated branding system for the website, donor database including new iconography, graphics and supporting elements.
