The Challenge

IPA Global needed a fresh start to help power them through the next chapter of their growth. The old website was built on a legacy content management system that was proving to be a nightmare to update. To better communicate to a new generation of decision makers, they requested Alliance to develop a new brand identity that would promote the breadth of solutions that the company offers.

The Solution

Our team understood the history and defining aspects of the IPA Global brand and translated them into an updated look and feel. The site was developed on a flexible infrastructure that allowed our team to develop numerous custom templates and multiple user roles, while centralizing site administration.

Mobile-First Wireframes

To bring the web experience in line with the member experience, the Alliance team started with information architecture, creating new wireframes for more intuitive navigation and layout areas. The wireframes allowed the project partners to quickly visualize, test, and evaluate improvements.
