ITC’s site was letting all three of those moments down. Years of organic growth had left the sitemap cluttered and hard to navigate. The copy hadn’t kept pace with the business — it described a company half the size, offering half the services. And the careers section wasn’t doing nearly enough to attract the kind of talent a growing defence contractor needs.

What We Did

We started with the audience. In federal contracting, a website has to work for multiple readers at once — and each is looking for something different. We mapped those journeys before anything was written or designed.

The page structure was rebuilt into something clear and purposeful. Capability areas, certifications, and contract vehicles were brought forward and made easy to find — because the people evaluating you don’t have time to dig. Core messaging was rewritten to reflect where ITC actually is: a capable, growing contractor with the expertise to handle serious work.

The careers section was built from scratch to speak directly to the engineers, analysts, and programme professionals ITC competes for. The tone throughout: direct, authoritative, and free of the jargon overload that dogs so many defence contractor sites.

The Results

ITC Defense now has a site that works as hard as the people behind it. It shows up with the right information, in the right order, for the right reader — whether that’s a contracting officer running a capability check, a BD lead building a teaming proposal, or a cleared professional weighing their next move.
