Known for placing top-tier marketing and sales professionals at some of the nation’s most recognizable companies, KAS Placement had built a reputation for results—but their online presence told a different story. Alliance Interactive was brought on to reimagine KAS Placement’s digital presence and position them as a modern leader in executive staffing. The goal wasn’t simply to refresh this staffing agency’s website and visual design—it was to build a fast, responsive, and conversion-driven site that would attract qualified leads, outperform competitors in search rankings, and reinforce the firm’s authority in the sales and marketing recruitment space.

We began by deconstructing the user journey through the lens of conversion strategy, identifying where the legacy site was losing engagement. Our solution introduced a dual-track experience that clearly separated the needs of job seekers and employers, creating intuitive paths tailored to each audience. Streamlined navigation, refined messaging, and clear calls to action ensured visitors could quickly find what they needed and take the next step—whether applying for a role or initiating a search for talent.

The Results

We worked with Japan Society to streamline multiple revenue-centric areas including events, language classes, and venue rentals. In addition, we made it simpler for visitors to understand how they could become part of the journey by joining as a member.

Our new site structure was also focused on exposing the site’s content to more visitors and yielded improvements in organic search. The optimization efforts led to a substantial 129.5% increase in organic search traffic, making it easier for individuals interested in Japanese culture and events to discover Japan Society online. The revamped website attracted 80% more new users, indicating improved engagement and a broader reach within the target audience.
